Most apartments are ready within 48 hours. For very urgent requests, please call us directly.
Can the invoice be sent to my employer?▾
Yes, for corporate bookings we invoice the company directly. Please include the company name and billing address in your request.
Can I extend my stay later?▾
Rental periods are flexible. Please let us know early if you want to extend so the apartment stays reserved for you.
Can I write in English?▾
Of course. You can send your request in English or German.
